Location

The Piatra Șoimului Complex is located in Cumpătu, Sinaia, with access from DN1. How can you travel to us? Nothing simpler than:

  • By car: cross the bridge over Prahova River where the road signs indicate Cumpătu / George Enescu Memorial House
  • By train: inform our reception that you are traveling by train and you get free transportation from Sinaia railway station.
  • By air: If you arrive by plane on Henri Coandă Airport, remember that Sinaia is the first mountain town located an hour from the airport.

Only 120 km from Bucharest and 40 km from Brașov, the Piatra Șoimului Hotel is located in Cumpătu, the artists retreat in Sinaia. Once there was a botanical garden, but today we enjoy long walks in the “Arinişul Sinaia” natural reservation.

We are a 15-minutes’ walk away from Peleș Castle and almost next to George Enescu Memorial House.

We do not allow pets in the Piatra Șoimului Complex (hotel, restaurant, terrace and park). Thank you for your understanding.
